Listed below are the instructions for creating a rule in Outlook to automatically sort spam.
1) Create a folder in your inbox called "spam" (without quotes). The folder cannot be a subfolder.
2) Clicking on the following link to download the new rule: spamrule.rwz
3) Inside Outlook, click on Tools.
4) Click on Rules Wizard.
5) Click on Options.
6) Click on Import Rules.
7) Navigate to the file downloaded in step 2 and click Open.
8) Click OK.
Now all messages classified as spam will be automatically delivered to your spam folder. They can then be deleted at your discretion. Holding down the shift key while deleting will permanently remove the messages.
